Emily Moore (Heart Work Visuals) our photo and videographer, has an incredible talent for capturing the magic of our retreats. From sweaty workout sessions to breathtaking landscapes and evening celebrations, she documents your journey so you can focus on being present while still having amazing memories to take home.

Sophie Brace, our handstand and mobility coach, brings her expertise in movement and restoration to ensure everyone feels their best throughout the retreat, and can even learn a new skill!.

Each trip features guest chefs who craft delicious, nutritious meals using local, seasonal ingredients. They perfectly balance healthy fuel with indulgent treats, embodying our belief that wellness includes enjoyment.

Hi, I'm Tiggy, your host and PT for the week!
I've been a personal trainer and coach for the last 4 years, and before that I worked in luxury travel – two worlds that have totally shaped how I think about adventure and wellness.

My ideal holiday is a trip that combines some adventure, relaxation, fun with friends, and fitness. Basically, I want it all – and I figured I'm probably not alone in that.
​
I'm a firm believer of leading a Hybrid lifestyle. Some workouts to build up an appetite, runs to see the local area, great food, some beers and time to chill. It's about experiencing life fully, not just checking boxes.
​
With this in mind I created Fortis Escapes to encapsulate all the best bits of going on holiday with your friends, without the hassle of planning or trying to convince your non runner mates to join you on a morning run!
